i have an adsl connection and i don't want any autodialing at all . in other words : i want to<br />
be connected only when i explicitly connect to the internet. how can i disable autodialing on<br />
winxp . i set the IE into &quot;never dial a connection&quot; but i guess it may be another application that<br />
is dialing. how can i disable autodialing regardless of any application that might try to dial ? <br />
