Just as programs such as NETSCAPE will run simultaneously along side of each other<br />
so that you may work on one page and then switch to another, there are some programs<br />
that just wont do that. Windows 95 tends to check whether these programs are already<br />
running, and if so, will not start another copy.<br />
Case in point is the AOL Instant Messenger. I would like to carry on a conversation with<br />
my supervisor at work under my screen name that matches my Email address but at<br />
the same time I would like to talk with other users, without disclosing my work name.<br />
