I don't think there is a way of convert your ntfs to fat32 without losing your data or re format your hard drive.

I will suggest you to make a full backup all your data, use programmes like Partition Magic http://www.powerquest.com or Partition Commander http://www.v-com.com to convert the free space of your NTFS to FAT32.  than transfer all your data into the new fat32 partition, when all the data transfered, use the above tools to increase your FAT32 size by removing the NTFS.

The other way, or may be it's the best way is after the full backup, use the fdisk to remove the NTFS, and re partition to FAT32, than format :)
oh sorry Vencode, I don't mean to post the same/similar idea as yours, the moment I type mine havn't see yours in, so after I posted, I saw yours. my typing is not fast enough ;(

sorry Vencode.

Tq vencode.
Umm, why do you want to?  NTFS is superior to FAT32 in every way..........  and the only OSes that require FAT32 are not that great.......
My pleasure to assist you, Madosx
