Ok me and a friend live about a mile apart and we both have a cable connection we want to connect our pcs so that my pc can see his and vice versa. &nbsp;we both are also behind routers. &nbsp; was thinking we might be able to set a port forwarding so that i can communicate with his pc and not the others or a VPN maybe but i have never &nbsp;had to set one up and would not know if it would work in this situation <br />
