Out of Office Agent doesn't immediately activate

I'm sure this is a dumb question that you will all laugh at, but anyway....
I'm running Notes 4.6.7, & when we activate our Out of Office Agents here, if someone sends me an email, they do not get the out of office reply until 1am the following day.  Which isn't great.
I assume there is a scheduled task that runs at that time that processes the out of office agents, & I also assume I can change it.
Does anyone know how I can set this up, so that as soon as I activate my out of office starting at say todays date, if someonme sends me a mail, they will get the out of office reply immediately?

2 Points to check
1.Check to see if the agent is scheduled ==> You activate it , so it's scheduled
2. What time it is scheduled for. I know ours defaulted to 1AM, so we had to change the agent to run when new mail arrived.

Sloeber, thanks for the reply.

My problem is, that I don't know how to reschedule it.

If I go in to my mailbox, agents, I can see the out of office agent, & currently, there is a box that says 'When should this agent run', & currently it's set to 'Manually From Actions Menu'.  So that each user can put in the dates they are not in the office.

If I change this setting to 'If new mail has arrived', it removes the agent from the actions menu, so that I can't set it anymore!

If I leave it as before, there is no setting within the agent in the actions menu that allows you to respecify when the agent should run.

Hope that makes sense.
